A GEM in the heart of everything
early check-in ideal location friendly staff
The staff allowed us early check-in. I REALLY appreciated that after our early flight. The location allowed easy access to many points of interest. I found the bar very nice. the staff IS friendly and helpful.

The hotel provides three guest elevators and two service elevators. The service elevators require a special key card for access from the ground or lobby level. There is a small gym available to guests.

A small bar is located in the lobby. It features a selection of spirits. The surrounding area has many dining options including breakfast spots and pizza places. I did not see an on-site restaurant.

The rooms are decorated in neutral beige tones and white comforters. My king room included a comfortable bed and a small sitting area. I found the hallways clean and well-kept.

This hotel is wonderfully located near the Magnificent Mile. It is also convenient to Northwester Medicine and several restaurants. Public transportation is easily accessible, which makes navigating the area simple.

the bed was comfortable. the shower was excellent!
the check-out time is 12 pm and i was walking in the city planning to come back and enjoy the room. yet when i came back to my room before 12 pm, i found out the room was done and my things were gone
